Planned Maintenance * Priority Emergency Service * Discount on All Parts
Planned Maintenance - Our maintenance plan allows for two maintenance calls each year - one in each heating and cooling season. This is so we can inspect and to advise you of any needed repair and to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. No repairs are made without your approval. Our inspections and checks include the following:
Priority Emergency Service - If you have an emergency (a breakdown), our own dispatched service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our service contract holders first.
Discount on Repairs - When you become a service contract holder you are entitled to a 10% discount on labor and parts for repairs.
Reduced Diagnostic - When you become a John Nugent & Sons service contract holder you are entitled to a $85.50 reduced rate.
Accessory Coverage - Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, programmable thermostats, and UV lights may be covered under the service plan for an additional charge.
