Our family has known the Nugents since the Nugent sons were young kids roaming around the Knights of Columbus pool grounds in the mid-1970's. Since I too am a member of the K of C my parents suggested back in February that I contact you for service on my furnace. Everything went well at that time so yesterday when I needed to re-light the pilot I called you folks again. Your technician (James) was out at the house today and he re-lit the pilot. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The heat is back on and the house is warm again.
