“The Nugent Team did an outstanding job installing a HVAC system (air handler, heat pump and new duct work). They arrived at 7am the morning of the install and completed it by 3.30. This was a challenging job because the system and duct work were in the attic (hot and not much room to move around). After working a long hard day, the foreman took the time to go over everything before they left and answered all questions. Very professional, polite, on time and responsive.”

“Condensate pump failed on my heat pump. System was shut off. It was 99 degrees outside. Called their dispatch, they had a Technician to my house in 28 minutes. Technician’s name was Raphael. Raphael was nice, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was an efficient troubleshooter, communicated clearly and directly, and got to work fixing the problem. The work product was tidy and our HVAC service is restored. I am grateful for Raphael’s skills and professionalism.”

“I had an emergency at my work! It was 85 degrees and we are currently wearing face masks and face shields, so you can imagine how hot it was! I called Nugent and Sons and they came right out.
